| Climate Change Opportunities for Australian Businesses in Africa | Paul Curnow is a Partner in Baker & McKenzie’s Global Climate Change and Clean Energy Practice and is at the forefront of the law and policy around carbon markets and emissions trading. He advises a range of Australian and international clients on carbon market opportunities, including a number of funds, banks and project developers on CDM and voluntary carbon transactions. He has also worked with the EU, Australian, New Zealand and Southern African governments, as well as UNEP and UNDP on the development and design of climate change policy and laws. Paul is the project leader and lead editor of the CDM Rulebook (www.cdmrulebook.org) – the definitive on-line guide to the CDM rules and procedures, developed by
Baker & McKenzie with funding from eight donor organisations.
